  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 5–10 Business Days
  • International: 7–15 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available after shipment.


Delivery Conditions & Limitations

To help ensure successful delivery, please review the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: ROSIE IN THE SKY is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customers.
  • P.O. Boxes: Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available where supported by the shipping carrier.
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned because they were unclaimed may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order has entered processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

ROSIE IN THE SKY is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim.

Please retain:

  • The damaged merchandise
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping label
  • All packing materials

These may be required during the carrier's investigation.
